3. No Guaranteed Results
CurateMe does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to sales, leads, reach, engagement, followers, or rankings. Marketing results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, required access, and ensure ownership rights for all provided materials. Delays from the client side may affect timelines and deliverables.
5. Intellectual Property
All strategies, creatives, and materials remain the intellectual property of CurateMe until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client. CurateMe reserves the right to showcase work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
6. Revisions
Revisions are limited to what is included in the selected package. Additional revisions or scope changes will be charged separately.
7. Third-Party Platforms
CurateMe is not responsible for algorithm changes, account suspensions, policy updates, or actions taken by third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, or others.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are delayed, terms are violated, or illegal or unethical activity is involved.
9. Limitation of Liability
CurateMe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
